Returns Policy

We are delighted to accommodate returns on most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, providing a full refund. In situations where the return is due to our mistake, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Upon handing your return package over to the shipping service, you can anticipate a refund within approximately four weeks. Although, it's quite possible that you'll receive it sooner. This timeline takes into account the shipping transit time (5-10 business days), our internal processing time once the return is received (3-5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to action our refund request (5-10 business days).

As such, we gladly accept returns of your items within 30 days of order receipt, provided that they are unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging for a product refund.

Please note: Our authentic leather products are prone to show usage marks. Therefore, we urge you to be careful while examining our products if you're considering a return. Leather that has been stretched or scratched is not deemed as suitable for a return.
