If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order

Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

Oh no! Hopefully this doesn’t happen. If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it the next few hours.

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but cannot be found.

Sorry about that! Sometimes carriers will Return an Order to Sender if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or if there is any reason delivery could not be completed. Please reach out to us if this happens and we can get that re-shipped for you! You can contact us directly here: Contact Us 

We ship all orders next buisness day with which ever shipping is selected. It is up to the carrier to get it there on time. We are not able to refund shipping costs due to late packages. 


Quality control is one of the main priorities here at UC Leather, but we know that it's always possible for problems to slip through the cracks. If you're experiencing a issue with your purchase, we would be happy to replace it free of charge!

All our products come with a one year warranty. This covers any manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, or accidental damage caused by the user. Proof of defect (photos or video) is mandatory and will be requested by our team.

To claim you warranty just email us at with a image or video of defect and your order number so we can assist you immediately.
