Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back to UC Leather.

Package your item
Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Include your order number
Please write your order number on the package or include it inside the box.
For exchanges, include what you want instead
Write the color, style, or product you would like us to send back to you.
Ship it to the address below
You may use the carrier of your choice. We recommend using tracking.

Refunds
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider,
it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Leather Condition
Because our products are made with genuine leather and natural materials, please handle the item carefully if you are considering a return or exchange.
Used, scratched, stretched, stained, worn, altered, or creased-from-use leather may be ineligible for return or exchange.

If you received the wrong item or your product arrived defective, please email
