We are delighted to accommodate returns on most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, providing a full refund. In situations where the return is due to our mistake, such as an incorrect or defective item, we will bear the return shipping cost.

Upon handing your return package over to the shipping service, you can anticipate a refund within approximately four weeks. Although, it's quite possible that you'll receive it sooner. Please note: Our authentic leather products are prone to show usage marks. Therefore, we urge you to be careful while examining our products if you're considering a return. Leather that has been stretched or scratched is not deemed as suitable for a return.
